  • 2018年秋季: 西雅图大学 区 Chancellor Dr. Shouan Pan announced during the Convocation ceremony that 西雅图大学 would begin the process of adopting the 引导路径 approach at all its colleges, and called it "Seattle Pathways." 西雅图中央 President Dr. Sheila Edwards Lange announced at President's Day that the school year would be 西雅图中央's Pathways "Year of Learning." 
     
  • Fall 2018-2019年春季: A cross-functional team from across the college formed around an interest in "The First Year Experience."  
     
  • 2019年冬季: 西雅图中央 had its formal Seattle Pathways kick-off event with over 100 employees in attendance. The event was hosted by the director of the Student Success Center at the Washington State Board of 社区 and Technical Colleges, Kristi Wellington-Baker. 
     
  • 2019年春季: Executive 领导 attended the American Association of 社区 Colleges 引导路径 101 Planning and Implementation Summit in Chicago.  
     
  • 2019年春季: 西雅图中央 formed its Pathways organizational structure, which includes a cross-functional Guiding Team with 28 members from each area of the College.  
     
  • 2019年秋季: President's Day was themed "We Light the Path," and the President's message detailed data that supports the need for a Seattle Pathways approach. Professional Development Day was themed with Seattle Pathways, and workshops introduced the framework. The College also launched 5 Pathways Work Groups that will identify areas for improvement and propose reforms and solutions. The college also received a 第三章 federal grant that will support professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, designed to improve student success at the college.
     
  • 2020年冬季: 西雅图中央 teams attended the SBCTC 引导路径 Launch Summit, Racial Equity Adaptive 领导 Institute, Annual Conference on the First Year Experience, and other professional development. Professional Development was themed with Seattle Pathways, focusing on collaborative data inquiry. The Guiding Team will lead efforts to submit 西雅图中央's 5 Year Work Plan to the State Board.  
     
  • Spring 2020-present: 引导路径 Work Groups and other leaders continue to use the framework, grounded in the Black Solidarity Think Tank and Student Voices, to achieve our student success and equity goals. The work is evolving as new efforts and projects emerge. Currently, over 70 employees and students are involved in 引导路径.
